Glycol Cooled Draft Beer System Components
Everything you need to build, maintain, and expand a glycol-cooled long draw draft system. From chillers and pumps to glycol concentrate and feed lines, we supply the commercial-grade components bars, breweries, and distributors rely on for consistent pour temperatures over long distances.
- Glycol Chillers – Precision cooling units for remote draft installations
- Glycol Pumps & Motor Assemblies – Circulate glycol through trunk lines to maintain temperature
- Glycol Concentrate – Polypropylene glycol for optimal chiller performance and freeze protection
- Glycol Feed Lines – Supply and return tubing for routing glycol through trunk bundles
- Replacement Parts – Pumps, motors, and components to keep your system running
Glycol System FAQ
What kind of glycol should I use — automotive or food-grade?
Use food-grade propylene glycol concentrate made for draft beer systems, not automotive antifreeze — automotive glycol contains additives that aren't safe near a food-contact cooling loop, even in a closed system.
How do I know if my glycol pump is failing?
The first sign is usually inconsistent temperature at the far end of a long trunk run — pours that start cold and warm up during service, or a tower that's noticeably warmer than the chiller. Check pump flow and motor operation before assuming it's the chiller itself.
