Drip Tray Accessory FAQ
Plastic or stainless steel grate — does it matter?
Stainless steel holds up better under heavy commercial use and repeated cleaning cycles. Plastic costs less and is fine for lower-volume settings, but can show wear and discoloration sooner under daily bar use.
Can I add a drain kit to a tray that didn't originally have one?
Only if the tray has a drain opening built in — you can't retrofit a drain into a tray that was manufactured without one. Check your tray's spec before ordering a drain kit; a genuine no-drain tray needs manual emptying instead.
