Nitro Infusion Equipment for Beer, Cocktails & Cold Brew
Stout faucets, nitrogen regulators, mixed gas equipment, and infusion stones for dispensing nitrogenated beers and cold brew coffee. Nitro stouts require a stout faucet with a restrictor plate and typically a 75/25 N2/CO2 beer gas blend — we carry the complete setup.
Beyond Beer: Nitro Cocktails & Coffee
The same nitrogen infusion equipment used for stout beers also works for batched nitro cocktails and cold brew coffee. Nitrogen creates the same creamy mouthfeel and cascading pour on these products as it does on a nitro stout — useful for bars looking to add a consistent, fast-pour specialty drink or coffee program without hand-preparing each order.
What You Need
- Stout faucet with restrictor plate — required for the correct cascade on any nitrogenated pour
- Nitrogen regulator — rated for nitrogen cylinder pressure, not a standard CO2 regulator
- Infusion stones — for batching nitro cocktails or cold brew in a keg before dispensing

Nitro Infusion FAQ
Can I use the same equipment for nitro coffee and nitro beer?
Yes — the stout faucet, regulator, and gas blend work the same way regardless of what's in the keg. Many operations run separate dedicated lines for coffee versus beer for flavor and cleaning reasons, but the core equipment is the same.
What's an infusion stone used for?
An infusion stone diffuses nitrogen into a batched liquid — a cocktail base or cold brew coffee — while it sits in a keg, so the nitrogen is already integrated into the liquid rather than only added at the point of pour through the stout faucet.
