CO2 Regulators, Gas Blenders & Draft Beer Gas Hardware
Gas is the engine of every draft system. Get the pressure wrong, use the wrong blend, or have a leak in your gas line and nothing else matters — the beer won't pour correctly regardless of how well the rest of the system is built. We stock the full range of draft gas equipment for direct draw, long draw, and nitro systems.
What We Carry
- Primary CO2 regulators — single and dual-gauge regulators for connecting directly to CO2 cylinders; the starting point of every gas system
- Secondary regulators & wall panels — for dialing in individual line pressures on multi-tap systems; mounted downstream of the primary
- Nitrogen regulators — high-pressure regulators rated for nitrogen service; required for nitro beer and long draw blended gas systems
- Gas distributors & air bars — manifolds that split a single gas source to multiple kegs or lines
- Gas blenders — McDantim Trumix and compatible units for mixing CO2 and nitrogen to precise ratios for long draw and nitro applications
- Switchover kits — manual and automatic systems that switch to a backup CO2 cylinder when the primary runs out, preventing service interruptions
- Leak detection & testing equipment — gas leak detectors, pressure gauges, and testing tools for diagnosing and maintaining gas systems
- Regulator repair kits — diaphragms, springs, and rebuild parts for servicing existing regulators
Choosing the Right Regulator
- Direct draw / kegerator: single-product primary CO2 regulator; one gauge for pressure, one for tank level
- Multi-tap bar: primary regulator + secondary regulators or a wall panel for per-line pressure control
- Long draw system: primary regulator + gas blender (70/30 CO2/N2) + secondary regulators at the tower
- Nitro / stout: dedicated nitrogen regulator + 75/25 N2/CO2 blend + stout faucet
Gas Blends by Application
- Pure CO2 — direct draw systems under 25 ft
- 70% CO2 / 30% N2 — BA standard for long draw systems
- 25% CO2 / 75% N2 — standard for nitrogenated stouts and nitro beers
