Replacement Glycol System Parts
Glycol power packs run hard, year-round — pumps, motors, and thermostats are the components that wear out first and are the cheapest to replace compared to a full unit. We stock replacement parts for glycol chillers and long draw cooling systems from major manufacturers, so a worn pump or failed thermostat doesn't mean buying a whole new power pack.
What We Carry
- Pump & motor assemblies — sized by GPH output to match your original power pack spec
- Pump savers & couplings — nylon hub and coupling assemblies that protect the motor if the pump seizes
- Thermostats & probes — digital replacement thermostats and sensor probes for temperature control
- Fittings & hardware — clamps, brass fittings, and mounting hardware for pump installation
Not sure which pump or part matches your power pack? Contact us with your power pack brand and model — most parts are sized specifically to GPH output and won't cross-fit between manufacturers.
Glycol Parts FAQ
How do I know what size pump replacement I need?
Match GPH (gallons per hour) output to your original pump — it's usually printed on the pump housing or listed in your power pack's spec sheet. Undersizing a replacement pump will show up as weaker glycol circulation and warmer pours at the end of a long run.
What does a pump saver actually do?
A pump saver (nylon hub and coupling) is a sacrificial part between the motor and pump — if the pump seizes from debris or wear, the nylon coupling strips or breaks before the motor itself is damaged. Replacing a $15 pump saver is far cheaper than replacing a burned-out motor.
