Replacement Parts FAQ
My coupler is leaking — do I need a new coupler or just new o-rings?
Start with o-rings and seals — they're the most common wear item and the cheapest fix. If you've replaced the seals and it's still leaking, the probe or body may be worn or damaged and need replacement.
How often should coupler o-rings be replaced?
A good rule of thumb is checking them at every cleaning cycle and replacing at the first sign of cracking, flattening, or leaking — waiting until they fail completely risks a lost keg of beer during a busy shift.
