What size air shaft do I need for my tower?
Size is based on your blower's output and the distance from blower to tower — a shaft that's too small restricts airflow and won't keep the tower cold. Match the diameter to your blower's spec, and tell us your run length if you're unsure.
Do air shafts need insulation around them?
Insulation isn't required for the flexible aluminum shaft itself, but insulating the beer lines running alongside it inside the same conduit helps maintain consistent temperature — see our line insulation for that.
