Description

Reduce Pour Cost & Maximize Profits
FOBs installed in long-draw draft beer systems stop beer waste and increase profits by keeping beer lines full when kegs empty—eliminating costly purging and refilling.

The Math: A 10-keg-per-week operation on a 100-foot draw (.75 oz/ft = 75 oz) wastes approximately 47 pints of beer per week during keg changes. At $5 profit per glass, that's $235 weekly in preventable loss. Longer draws and higher volume multiply savings significantly.

How It Works: Beer flow forces the internal float upward, allowing beer to reach the faucet. When a keg empties, the float drops and stops flow immediately, keeping lines full of beer instead of foam. Tap a new keg, press the vent mechanism to release gas, and the float resets. Male Beer Thread connections. Wall-mount bracket included.

The Pacific FOB Advantage: Top-mounted bleed valve assembly is completely removable—unscrew and remove without tools. Larger, thick plastic bowl ensures durability and simplifies cleaning. Base-mounted inlet/outlet allows bowl removal for thorough cleaning without disconnecting beer lines.

Maintenance: Twist top knob counter-clockwise to bypass float which allows cleaning fluids to flow through the FOB detector. Never bypass entire FOBs during cleaning—failure to maintain proper schedules risks contaminated beer.

Warranty: Your new DFC360QF is warranted for 5 YEARS from the date of original purchase against all defects in workmanship and/or materials. Parts that prove defective will be either repaired or replaced at our option. The right is reserved by the manufacturer to replace the whole product in lieu thereof. The warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident, improper handling, shipping damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized repairs made or attempted and cleaning methods not approved by the manufacturer. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty either expressed or implied. If service is required, please contact your nearest authorized distributor/installer of the DFC360QF

Frequently Asked Questions

It automatically stops beer flow when a keg empties, keeping the line full of beer so you can pour immediately when a new keg is connected—no foam, no waste.

On average, about 1/2 pitcher per keg. Systems with longer lines (e.g., stadiums, airports, hotels) can see even greater savings.

Yes. By preventing gas from entering the lines, it reduces overall gas consumption and operating costs. Gas entering the line not only causes foam and product loss, but can also disrupt flow meters and portion control systems. It leads to inaccurate readings, inconsistent pours, and increased CO₂ usage. By keeping gas out, the DFC9500 improves efficiency, accuracy, and overall system performance.

Yes. Keeping air out of the lines reduces buildup like beer scale and sludge, helping maintain cleaner lines and fresher taste.

When a keg empties, the DFC9500 immediately shuts off flow before gas can enter the beer line. This keeps the line fully charged with liquid beer rather than foam or gas pockets. When a new keg is connected, the system resumes pouring instantly—eliminating the need to purge lines or waste beer clearing foam.

The DFC9500 features a low internal volume and integrated injector tubes that maintain continuous agitation within the chamber. This movement helps prevent stagnant areas where residue, beer stone, or sediment can accumulate—keeping the unit cleaner for longer periods.
