Tubing Types
- Vinyl beer line — 3/16" and 1/4" ID; standard for direct draw and kegerator applications
- Barrier beer line (Bev-Seal Ultra) — BA-approved for long draw trunk bundles; blocks CO2 loss and O2 permeation
- Braided vinyl — higher burst strength for jumper lines and short-run pressure applications
- Polyethylene glycol hose — for glycol supply and return lines in long draw cooling systems
- Gas line tubing — CO2 and nitrogen rated; compatible with standard barbed fittings
Sold by the Foot
All tubing is available in cut lengths. Order the exact footage your build requires — no minimum, no leftover coils. Bulk rolls also available for high-volume installers.
Choosing the Right Tubing
- Direct draw / kegerator: 3/16" vinyl beer line
- Long draw trunk bundle: barrier beer line (required by BA guidelines)
- Jumper lines: braided vinyl or barrier, depending on run length
- Glycol system: polyethylene glycol hose matched to your power pack spec
